Shipping Policy

Goods held in our warehouse are usually delivered within 5-7 working days. Please note that bulky, fragile, or personalized items may take longer. Please accept a delay in dispatches due to COVID19.

A ‘next day service’ can be offered, however, this will be subject to a higher delivery charge. Please enquire for more details. Goods dispatched on a Friday on a next day service will be delivered on Monday (excepting Bank Holidays).

Weekend deliveries are also available if requested, at extra cost.

Every effort is made to ensure that goods are delivered on time, although delivery times are given without obligation or guarantee due to the reliance on a third-party carrier and stock availability.

For very small/lightweight orders, please contact us for advice on carriage charges.

You can track your order. In our dispatch email, you’ll have your unique tracking number for your order. You can also find that tracking reference number in your order history, to track the progress of your shipment.
